At the final AGM of the Angmering Society in October 2014, it was agreed that the remaining funds of the Society be transferred to The Angmering Heritage Trust to administer in line with the aims and objectives of the Angmering Society.
In September 2020, Peter French decided to retire from the Heritage Trust, both from his role as Chair and as a Trustee. The Trustees thanked him for all that he has done for the Trust over the past six years. In fact his work didn't start there because he oversaw the winding up of the Angmering Society, of which he was the Chair, and the setting up of the Angmering Heritage Trust. Peter will be greatly missed by his fellow Trustees, however we are pleased to welcome a new Trustee, Margaret Hobden, who has been an Angmering resident for many years.
